Dream was his first kiss. Ever. Sapnap went his whole life dodging kisses and affection from would-be-lovers and summer flings and he was always so embarrassed about it, being an adult who hadn’t been kissed, and then he just forgot. And he gave it to Dream. Well, Dream took it really.

He has a part of him now, something that’s special to Sapnap forever. Sapnap supposes Dream always held something of his with importance, hence his heart belonging to the blonde for years and everything involved with that, but he had hoped he could keep it under wraps a little bit longer. Okay, he totally dogged it. Night one and he failed, Jesus Christ.
